I guess the Philips decided that if it can’t beat the iPod with its own line of MP3 player, the next best thing to do would be releasing an iPod dock, and that’s exactly what they did with the Philips DCM230. The DCM230 comes with a motorized slot for CDs, supporting some cool playback of both WMA and MP3 CDs as well. Features include an integrated FM radio, a couple of built-in 15 watt speakers and the ability to play music off USB MP3 players. Nothing really special here to make it stand out from other iPod docks though, but with the shiny silver and black color scheme is easy on the eyes to catch.
